Multi-Day Program Logistics

All Club Fit Frog Urban Hikes, Mountain Day Hikes and multi-day lodge hike and snowshoe trips are coordinated by Lori Beattie, the owner of Fit Frog Adventures and the volunteer guide for Club Fit Frog. Lori has organized and guided Calgarians and tourists on over 2000 Calgary hikes and 600 mountain hikes and snowshoe treks since she started Fit Frog in May of 1997. On Club Fit Frog programs, Lori will provide you with all of the pre-trip organization, and most of the time, she’ll attend the program as the coordinator and volunteer guide. She’ll research trails and, for the multi-day trips, she will offer self-guided hike, snowshoe or ski options or you could join her and the group on the route of the day.

All Fit Frog guides, coordinators and volunteer mountain guides have certifications in wilderness first aid or regular first aid (for urban hikes) and a lot of on trail experience with navigation and route finding. They all have experience coordinating and leading groups in the great outdoors.
