If you are looking for a 40-50 km ride or even some ideas for shorter rides in the north of Calgary, check out the route map below. I biked this route a couple of weeks ago and it was fantastic, with so much variety. From the Bow River pathway west to Varsity, Dalhousie, and Edgemont Ravines, to the Nose Creek Pathway and Confluence Park. Here’s a great urban walkabout that travels river pathways, hidden natural parks and along tree-lined streets of Misson and Mount Royal. During the Covid-19 Spring 2020 you can support local businesses on route with a stop by Yann Patisserie on 4 Street and grab some frozen bake at home pain au chocolat, baguettes or sausage roles or fresh pastries and bread.
