MOUNTAIN HIKE DATE CHOICES
If you are joining any mini or full day wilderness hikes/ snowshoe as part of a session pass or as a single outing, please send me an email message with the dates. I need these dates in order to keep you updated about meet place or route changes due to trail closures, weather, or for any other reason. Thanks!
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES- very flexible
This policy applies to all single Rockies outings, custom and regular Club Fit Frog session outings. Multi-day and specialty hikes have their own cancellation schedules.
Club Fit Frog full session members have access to all hikes and walks in a current session so they do not receive a credit or make-up hike if they do not attend a hike or a walk. For anyone who registers for a single or sampler package and would like to cancel or switch Rockies hike dates, please get in touch with me to arrange an alternate in the current session of hike. If you purchase an single calgary walk or urban adventure hike, you can come to ANY of those in the current session. Calgary Walks, Urban adventure hikes and Rockies hikes not used by the end of the session or forfeited.
Life throws us curve balls! If you have a situation arise that is unexpected (a health issue or a family issue) and you have to miss a registered hike (s) and cannot make up in the current session, please get in touch to make alternate arrangements.
