Before you accept a piece of rental equipment make sure you learn how it works. Each rental place has different brand name snowshoes and each brand has a different technique for sizing. Talk to Lori at Fit Frog for more details.

• Poles are optional.  Downhill ski poles work great!
• A winter hiking boot or waterproof hiking boots if it is not too cold
